Our Guarantee

We guarantee that you will get a response from us within two hours if you have to leave a message. If we fail to return your call within the two hour timeframe, then we owe you one hour of onsite support.

We have a few assets. The first of which is a great support staff. The second is the development of our proprietary software that integrates emails and phone messages into our helpdesk software and allows us to track client’s message times and respond to them very efficiently.
